Tips for Ordering Concrete
- Detailed Information
When ordering, we will need a job site address, specific directions to the site, time and spacing of pour, and what product to include admixtures for cold and hot weather applications. - Will Call Orders
A will call order is an order placed in advance to reserve a time slot, but the time slot is not guaranteed until the order is on a firm go. The order will not be ticketed until the order is firmed up by the customer. A will call order needs to be released preferably two hours prior to the scheduled pour time. The more notice given to our dispatchers for delivery will help us service you at the time you requested. If we have an order that is firm, your order will be pushed back until it is released. - Firm Orders
A firm order is an order placed to arrive at the job site at a specific time. Any cancellation of a firm order must be done at least an hour before the scheduled delivery time, or you run the risk of the order being loaded. If the order is loaded, it is yours. - Delays
Weather, availability of pumps, and other factors can affect the decision to pour even minutes before the pour times. Your communication with our Sales and Dispatch Department is appreciated, so we can maintain the level of service that you expect
